Lumen Medical is conveniently located in the Medical District, just off Interstate 35 and 15th Street. We are inside the Health & Wellness Tower, Suite 200. Complimentary parking is available in the North Parking Garage (enter from Maple Street). Valet service is offered Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM for $5. The clinic is also accessible via public transit – Capital Metro bus routes 10 and 20 stop directly in front of the building.

For urgent medical concerns that are not life-threatening after hours, we offer telehealth video consultations until 9 PM daily, including weekends. Please call our main line and follow the prompts to reach the on-call provider. In case of a medical emergency (chest pain, severe bleeding, difficulty breathing, loss of consciousness), call 911 immediately or go to the nearest emergency room: Austin Medical Center ER is located at 1200 Medical Parkway, just 0.8 miles from our clinic.
